A new Fujifilm camera is coming! According to the latest rumors from Fujirumors, Fujifilm is planning to announce a new camera which will use CFexpress card in December 2019.
Prograde Digital says:
“Prograde Digital is working closely with camera manufacturers to coordinate the release of CFexpress cards and camera firmware updates. Currently, mid-to-late December 2019, Nikon, Canon and Fujifilm CFexpress compatible camera is planned. ”
Currently, only Nikon Z series and the Panasonic S1 series are known to support CFexpress for firmware upgrades, but Fujifilm X / GFX does not have a camera that uses CFexpress. So this probably means that a new camera (which is necessarily a high-end camera) will appear.
