New Panasonic Lightfield digital system camera is coming! According to the latest rumors from 4/3, Panasonic has developed a new lightfield digital system camera like the current famous Lytro camera ( at Amazon). Panasonic will release and commercialize the camera sometimes in 2016..
It is actually a system camera allowing you to refocus the image in post production (see the official Panasonic example above). With such a camera, you will never “miss the focus” in any shot as everything on the image or video would be “in focus”.
There is unknown if it has a Micro Four Thirds or another new mount. Let’s hope it’s MFT!
