Canon EOS Rebel SL2 is rumored to be announced this fall to replace the current SL1. The length, height and weight of SL2 will be further reduced thanks to an EVF instead of an optical viewfinder, but the thickness will not change much because of the size of EF mount.
Canon EOS Rebel SL1 is a sales success for Canon thanks to its small size, good features and the cheap price.
