Canon EOS-1D X Mark II to Have More AF points, New Viewfinder and OLED Displays

Canon EOS-1D X Mark II was rumored to be announced in August 2015, but according to the latest rumors from CR2, there is only an SL1 replacement on that announcement.

Canon 1D X Mark II is now already in testing. It will have a new AF system with the more points than 61 of the current 1D X. A new viewfinder and OLED displays are also mentioned.

Updated Rumored Specs:

    • 25MP full frame sensor
  • New autofocus system more than 61 crosstype AF points
  • “New technology” in the viewfinder display “handle all the additional points”
  • lower weight
  • Large LCD and OLED Display
