CAPA CAMERA WEB posted the best selling products of Yodobashi Camera’s interchangeable lens digital cameras in the first half of May 2024. Sony a7 IV lens kit wins the top 1 position again, followed by Sony A7C II Zoom lens kit (Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama).

Data collection period: May 1  to May 15th, 2024

■Sony a7 IV Zoom Lens Kit  takes first place.  It has risen from 7th place last time to take the top spot for the first time. In the second place is the Sony a7 C II Zoom Lens Kit. Sony FX3 body is in the fifth place, and Sony a7R V body is in the tenth place, giving Sony five models in the top ten.

■Canon’s APS-C mirrorless cameras are doing well
In the third place is Canon EOS R50 Double Zoom Kit.  It has risen from the sixth place last time to the top three for the first time since the second half of August last year.  Cano EOS R6 Mark II  body, which was the fifth place last time, has dropped to the sixth place, but  Canon EOS R10 RF-S18-150 IS STM Lens Kit, which was in the tenth place last time, has risen to the eighth place. This marks three Canon models in the rankings.

■Fujifilm X-T5 ranked the 4th, same as last time
In 4th place is the Fujifilm X-T5  body. It is aiming to enter the top 3 in the same position as last time. As it is a model that has gained enduring popularity, there are concerns about supply shortages, but we hope that it will rank further.

■Nikon Z 50 Double Zoom Kit  ranked in
In the 9th place is Nikon Z 50 Double Zoom Kit,  which was the 2nd last time. It seemed like it might retake the top spot, but it dropped significantly in rank, perhaps due to a shortage of stock.  Nikon has only one model in the top 10.
