Sony A7 III to Cost $1,899

Sony A7 III is coming! According to the latest rumors from SR2, Sony will have a product announcement for the WPPI show on February 26th, 2018, but they don’t know which camera will be announced.

The price of the current Sony A7II has just dropped a lot. It is $500 cheaper (Amazon/ B&H/ Adorama) than regular. It seems there is a good chance Sony will announce the A7III at Cp+.

Along with the Panasonic GX9 (AmazonB&HAdorama), Panasonic also announced the Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS200 (Lumix DC-TZ200). It is a 20MP 1″-sensor compact camera, equipped with a 24-360mm equiv. F3.3-6.4 lens that’s both slightly wider and much longer, a 3″ touchscreen, accompanied by an upgraded 2.3 million-dot EVF with 0.53x magnification, 4K video, Wi-Fi with Bluetooth and 5-axis image stabilization. Panasonic LUMIX DC-GX9 Announced, Priced $999, Available for Pre-Order

Panasonic Lumix DC-GX9-2Panasonic has just announced the new Panasonic GX9. It is a 20MP interchangeable lens Micro Four Thirds camera featuring  a 2.7 million-dot (equiv) EVF that tilts 90° upward, a 1.2 million-dot touchscreen that tilts up 80° and down by 45°,  an electromagnetic drive that reduces shutter shock by 90%. Panasonic GX9 does not use a low-pass filter in an effort to maximize sharpness, and does not offer weather-sealing, unlike the GX8 and G9.
