Canon’s Full-Frame Cameras Roadmap Rumors


2015 is a year of bumper harvest for Canon! Canon first announced several PowerShot cameras on Jan 5, and then launched EOS 5Ds/ 5Ds R , T6i/ T6s and EOS M3 on Feb 6, and then unveiled Canon XC10 and C300 Mark II on April 8, and also announced the Powershot G3 X last week. So what is going to be next?

1 Canon EOS 5D Mark IV 

This camera is rumored to be announced in Q4 2015 and start shipping in Q1 of 2016. It is expected to feature a18mp to 28mp Full Frame CMOS, 61 AF Points (all crosstype), 12fps, Dual CFast, 4K Video( not confirmed) and New DIGIC processor.

Canon EOS 6D Mark II

Canon EOS 6D Mark II is rumored to be released in Q1 2016, featuring its own full frame sensor and NFC. It is smaller and lighter than the current Canon EOS 6D, without sacrificing build quality.

Canon EOS-1D X Mark II

Canon EOS-1D X Mark II dynamic range is going to have a massive improvement, and possibly have the most stops of any DSLR currently on the market. It is rumored to be announced in late 2015 with 4K video.
