Canon EOS 5D Mark IV to have a New Battery Grip Called BG-E20

The upcoming Canon EOS 5D Mark IV is expected to be announced in August 2016. Now, according to the latest rumors from CR2, this new camera will have a new battery grip, named “BG-E20″. However, it is not known whether Canon EOS 5D Mark IV will use an LP-E6 series battery or not, though we hope it does.

Currently, there is not many specifications about Canon 5D Mark IV, but we confirms the details below:

  • 4K video recording
  • Built-in Wi-Fi
  • Built-in GPS
  • BG-E20 new battery grip
  • Touchscreen
  • Price around $3,500 USD, the same as Canon EOS 5D Mark III at launch
  • To be announced in late August or early September
  • To be released in October, 2016
